A double bedroom is available in a spacious and charming three-bedroom new build terrace house, on the Kingston Farm development in Bradford on Avon.
The house has been purchased by two childhood best friends Ian (32) and Chris (30), who wanted to get onto the property ladder whilst they are still young.
The downstairs features a large kitchen with built in appliances, 5 gas hobs, 2 ovens and a fridge freezer combination and granite topped work surfaces.
The room on offer is a double bedroom, with a TV, super fast fibre optic internet, modern wall mounted USB electrical ports and a garden (North) facing window.
Ian (+ Podge) works from home and in Bristol throughout the week. Chris’s girlfriend Beth also lives in the house but is looking to move out in the near future (potentially before the July date, but remains TBC)
We are ideally looking for a young, sociable, tidy professional/student to add another dynamic to the house.
