Lovely Self Contained Studio Flat In Large House

I am advertising for my mum who owns a wonderful large house in about an acre of gardens in the beautiful Leeds commuter village of Thorner.

She has available a studio flat within her house with all it's own amenities and is looking for a great person to come and join us in the property. (I live in one of her cottages on the same plot). The studio flat is on the first floor and is accessed through one of the back doors and it's own staircase. The flat includes a kitchenette, balcony, shower room and double bed/sitting room.

You would need to get your own broadband and telephone lines installed if wanted but all other bills would be included; water, gas, electricity, TV licence.

The studio flat is currently furnished with all the necessary but could be let unfurnished or other furniture available could be negotiated.

The new flatmate could have a parking spot off road on a drive and would be able to use some of the large garden to relax in over summer

We're looking for someone to join the current residents in enjoying the great location and house. it is my mum and brother who live in the main house, myself in one cottage and another tenant lives in another cottage. We're all friendly and like to catch up with each other and pass a friendly hello with each other and maybe go for a drink in one of the villages pubs next door from time to time too. however we're also looking for someone who is independent and looks after themselves.
