Plus this en-suite bedroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and bathroom. The house is double glazed throughout and has gas central heating. it is a lovely quiet house.

It is situated on the outskirts of the village and a short walk away are two pubs, two good corner shops and buses every 30 minutes to Skipton or Keighley , where connections will take you further. The nearest train station is Steeton and Silsden. . There are great walks and cycling trails from the front door.
