Leeds city centre is easily accessible by bus (25 minutes), the bus stop is a few minutes walk. The city centre is a 30 minute cycle along the canal. Pudsey train station is a 5 minute drive away with excellent free parking.

There is a sizeable garden and patio and a driveway which can fit 2 cars. I have a shed which is very secure and perfect for locking away a bike.
