Awesome Professional House

We are looking for a housemate to join us at a lovely spacious 3 bedroom house next to Potternewton Park in Leeds from the 31st March onwards. The room is a first floor double, with a desk, wardrobe and a window overlooking the park.

House features: 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, very large open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge, front and back patios with offstreet parking, double garage (with pingpong/beerpong table!) and is on a quiet cul-de-sac, so very quiet at night. Double glazing and central heating, with modern fittings - the kitchen especially is very nice, and we're into our communal tasty meals!

Ideally looking for a young professional (male or female - no preference) who's fun and outgoing to share with a 26 year old male and 26 year old female, and also fun! We have one housemate moving out to relocate for work.

Rent is £850/month between 3 not including bills. We also have a very large and awesome collection of nice booze :)
