Amazing house , Great Neighbourhood

Hi my name is marie and i have one double room in a 3 bedroom house to let!
The room is available from 1st April .
I live in the en-suit on the top floor and there is also another guy who is on the same level as me however he is hardly ever home as he visits his family down south!
I work full time and spend most weekends away. Im 30 and have a little king charles cavalier who is also never home as he goes and stays with my parents alot. So if you are looking for a lively house with lots of noise, it wont be here :)
The house is pretty big and nicely decorated. You will have your own toilet next to your room and a main bathroom with a bath and shower.
There are lots of spaces outside for parking so that is not an issue. Im friendly and looking for a friendly housemate who would respect my house and would treat it like their own.
The location is pretty good for both driving or getting public transport as well as access to all the shops and banks!

please let me know if you have any questions , by the way the rent includes all the bills ( water, electricity, gas, phone/broadband) .
