Welcome to my home!

I have one large double room to let in my modern mid town house in the New Forest Village development between Middleton and Rothwell, Leeds.

Perfect for commuting to Leeds/Wakefield etc and 2 min drive from the motorway. There is a new Asda supermarket literally around the corner.

Large Double room on the first floor overlooking the back garden. Fully furnished with oak wardrobe and drawers and double bed.

My house is set over 3 stories, with my en suite bedroom on the first floor so any housemate would have pretty much sole use of the first floor house bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen and large living room on the ground floor and patio doors into the (newly grassed and decked! ) garden. Living room has the usual large flat screen TV etc with Sky, Broadband etc all included.

I have one private parking space and a garage (currently used for storage so feel free to use it to keep your junk in!). There's plenty of parking outside on the street too.

A bit about me....I'm a 29 year old female professional and would love a housemate who I can socialise with and generally get along with! I work office hours and generally go out at weekends and am home most nights. I'm very easy going and relaxed so please if you have any questions drop me a line.
