Flat share in great building

Hi there,

My flatmate is moving back home to Ireland at the end of the current tenancy so I'm looking for a new one!

The flat is in Merchants house in North Street, above the Greedy Pig and Reliance pub.

The move in date is 23rd August and it's rented through Morgans. Monthly rent is £412. 50 plus bills which are about £100 - £140 depending not he month (all split 50/50).

There is £114 tenancy fee plus the first month’s rent payable once when the contract is signed and a deposit of £500 before moving in which you'll get back at the end of the tenancy.

The flat is fully furnished with main furniture and I have a TV for the lounge and there also sky TV and broadband (included in monthly bills allowance above). It's a double room with bed, wardrobe and drawers. There's a small balcony which gets the evening sun - perfect for an evening beer.

There's no parking with the flat but there is a car park in the basement and occasionally spaces become available for rent.

I'm for an easy going person, who is up for socialising, enjoying a beer in the evenings & at weekends in the flat or the pub, some shared cooking, and watching TV/ movies etc. I am looking for someone similar - up for socialising rather than just living in a bedroom.

The place is big for a flat but it's still a flat, so occasional mates over / girlfriend visits are fine but not more than say 2 nights a week as it's not fair on the other person - I will stick to this as well.

I'm really into travel and exploring new places weather it's at home or away and like to get out and about at weekends.
