Double Room in Leeds Dock

My previous flatmate has recently moved out to live with her boyfriend and so I am looking for a female professional to take over her room from the start of June (specific dates are fairly flexible!).

The room is a spacious double and comes fully furnished. It’s light and bright, with lovely views over the canal! Whilst the room isn’t an en-suite, you will have sole use of the main family bathroom. The kitchen / living area is open plan with a large balcony that will be fab in the summer!

The flat is in Leeds Dock, around a 10 minute walk into town and a 15 minute walk to the station. There is a Tesco Express less than a minute away as well as Condition Gym, Yoga Hero, North Star Coffee Shop, Canary Bar and Pizza Express!

The rent is £625 per month and the bills usually just under £200 each per month. There is also a multi-storey car park right behind the flat.

A bit about me: My name is Marianna, I’m 24 years old and I work as a planning engineer. I work from home for the most part with ad-hoc office days here and there for meetings etc.

I enjoy heading into town for a mooch round the shops as well as going for brunch, meals out and grabbing a coffee or a cocktail. I like to keep fit and go to the gym / yoga / Pilates fairly regularly. I also play hockey during the season.

I really enjoy cooking so chilled nights in, drinks on the balcony and flat dinners are definitely on the cards if that’s up your street! I’m not wanting a party flat but I can get behind the occasional night out every once in a while!

Whilst I’m definitely not obsessive, I like to keep the flat fairly clean and tidy and so would appreciate someone who feels the same way.
