I’m searching for a new flatmate to join the house. My actual flatmate is leaving and we need someone to take over the tenancy from 1st of July.
The house is very lovely with large rooms and common space. Two shared bathroom. Kitchen with two fridges and two freezers. Washing machine and dryer.
The house is in a very good position, very near to the City Centre (5 mins from Tesco, Caffè Nero and Uni of Leeds - 10 mins from Morrisons)
£613 per month with all bills included except Council Tax.
Searching for someone very clean, tidy and who can take care of common spaces. Very important since often cleaning situations created unpleasant and problematic situations.
