A beautiful top floor apartment, right in the middle of Leeds City Centre, just five minutes walk from the train station, and two minutes from all the pubs, bars and restaurants of Briggate and Trinity Shopping Centre.

I've got a job in Brighton for at least the next two years with a view to extend, so I'm looking for some young professionals to rent the entire flat in my absence. I manage the flat directly with my brother who lives in Leeds and we are always available, so you'll know you're getting a fair deal, and support with any potential issues if needed.

The flat comes fully furnished and has just been renovated inside, with a new bathroom, kitchen and living area. Also comes with all kitchen utensils, pans, hoover, iron, ironing board, multiple sets of bedding and towels (although if you’d like to bring your own I can remove them)

Rent excludes bills (but unlimited Super-Fast Vodafone Wi-fi is included free of charge). Council tax band: C
