I’m 30, I’m originally from Manchester and have lived in Leeds for the past 5 years.

I’m a professional working in Leeds City Centre and work Mon-Fri, usually in the office 2-3 times a week.

The property is a converted mill opposite Leeds Dock, across the road from Roberts Wharf. It’s a great location, situated only 15 minutes walk to the central train station, 5 minutes walk to the bus station and with easy access onto the motorway. Parking isn’t currently available in the building but spaces can be rented across the road in a multi-storey for between £75-100 per month. Occasionally a space will become available in the building.

The flat comprises of 2 bedrooms (doubles), 1 bathroom (walk in shower, no bath), an open plan living/kitchen area and a south-facing balcony overlooking the central courtyard.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers and two bedside tables.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is easy to get on with, happy to help out with the cleaning and respectful.

I’m a sociable guy and very happy to go for a drink or food after work or on a weekend. Equally I do recognise that sometimes you just need your own space away from other people and I want my flatmate to feel like this is their space to escape as much as it is mine.
