A double, en-suite room in a furnished two bed (not quite penthouse) apartment a few minutes walk from Leeds train station to rent from 19th July

The apt has a large balcony which gets it’s fair share of the rare British summer sunshine

About Me…

I am easy going, laid back & I get along with most types, I enjoy a multitude of things, the outdoors, travelling, watching/playing sports - football - just back from Brazil (I wasn't playing) attempting the gym, going to gigs/festivals oh & I love my weekends....

What I'm looking for in a flatmate...

I would like to live with someone that is outgoing, laid back & enjoys life! A bonus if you like you sports over watching soaps!

The bad part > there is a admin / referencing fee of £250 paid to be paid to the agency but living with me will by far outweigh this negative :-)

* Oh & just to mention that there is no allocated parking space but apparently this can be purchased extra – (notes are usually posted around the building…)

Oh & one more thing (turning into a bit of an essay now) I have not yet moved into the place myself which is good as it'll be as much your home as mine. The bills I imagine having lived in a very similar apartment will come to roughly £80 each per month.
