I am looking for a student to rent the spare room, it's a very nice contemporary 2 room flat that has been recently redecorated, located on Victoria road Hyde Park. the room is available now and is very reasonably priced, there is a washing machine and internet available. I have no particular preference on who rents the room, just want someone nice and friendly and hopefully a 52" flat screen TV however it's not necessary.
