Lovely apartment in Clarence Dock needs flat mate

Hi,
I live in Clarence Dock Leeds i have a lovely apartment which i have furnished myself so i like to look after it. I have lived there for 18 months but have recently broken up with my fiancé so am looking for a female flat mate to move in the spare double bedroom.
Theres a lovely balcony looking out over the canal off street parking just down the street and its 10-15 min walk to the city centre.
Im easy going and tidy i like normal things like a glass of wine and chill out during the week and some nights out at weekends.
I am studying a masters in architecture at leeds met so even though i am technically a student i consider myself a professional as i still work in a practice.
Id prefer a professional, but a student is fine as long as they're not every night of the week.
