1 House mate needed 8 bed house, Hyde Park

Looking for an 8th person either male or female to join us in our house in Hyde Park. The house already consists of 5 girls and 2 boys aged 20 to 21 who attend both Leeds university and Leeds Beckett university. All of the housemates are sociable and friendly who enjoy going on nights out in Leeds as well as quiet nights in on the sofa. All housemates are either in their 3rd year or on placement years.
The house has a fantastic location situated behind Hyde Park corner with a convenient 20 minute walking distance to both Universities and city centre. Buses also run opposite the road with frequent trips into town centre and Headingley. The house consists of a wide hallway and a massive front room which comes with a TV. There is a separate kitchen which is has plenty of room for cooking with 2 hobs, 2 ovens, 2 kettles, 2 microwaves and 3 fridge freezers as well as a plenty of cupboards/shelves and massive wooden kitchen table. The house has 8 bedrooms, all with modern fitted furniture with plenty of room for storage. The house has been renovated this summer so is in an immaculate condition. The bedroom we are offering is situated on the ground floor. The spacious well lit bedroom consists of a three quarter sized bed, a huge double wardrobe and a large desk as well as shelves and mirrors on the wall. Plenty of room for storage.
