Lovely double in city centre flat from Dec/Jan

My lovely housemate is moving for work so I have a great double room available in the city centre from mid December, just ten minute's™ walk from the train station.

The flat is really homely and beautifully decorated, with a balcony, smart TV, dishwasher and two bathrooms (no queuing for a shower in the morning!). I like to keep the place clean and tidy so I'm really looking for someone who's happy to do the same.

The available room has a double bed and plenty of storage, with a large wardrobe, big set of drawers and a desk.

All bills are included, including broadband. The building also has bike storage and parking is available to rent from the management company (who are brilliant) for an extra charge.

A bit about me:

I work typical 9-5 hours so I tend to save big nights out for the weekend, I'm generally happy staying with some good food and a bit of TV during the week (although the odd mid-week glass of wine isn'™t out of the question!). I'm also pretty active, so I spend a decent amount of time at the gym.

I'm really sociable and outgoing but I also appreciate my own space now and again, so I'm ideally looking for someone who's of a similar mindset.
