We have available, a double room for £325 a month not including bills in Meanwood, Leeds from the 1st July.
It's a nice area very close to the Leeds Urban farm and within 15 min walk to a waitrose, asda and aldi.
Travel links are pretty good 10-15min buses to the city centre and about a 25 min walk to the University.
There are three current housemates: nurse, and two postgraduates making a for a total of four in the house.
