Housemate Wanted!- Hyde Park

We are three warm and sociable 2nd year students seeking a roommate for a four bedroom semidetached house in the Hyde Park area of Leeds. The property is furnished with a garden, includes broadband, a washing machine, a television and is within walking distance to the main campus with bus link providing easy access to the city centre. The house includes on street parking and is close to amenities such as a 24 hour store and the LS6 cafe. The bedroom is a large ground floor room with a double bed, wardrobe and an accompanying chest of draws. The ideal tenant would be a student who shares our interest in socialising as a group and having a clean and socially warm environment to work in.
