Comfortable double room overlooking lovely garden at back of house (currently decorated in black & pink but can be redecorated in more neutral tones if required). Room is next to bathroom with large walk in shower. We are looking for a professional person who is clean, tidy, relaxed. The house is in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of buses and trains to Leeds. Garforth has excellent access to the motorway network (M1, A1, M62). Two cats live here occasionally(especially when hungry)! Sky multiroom can be added to the room at extra cost if required. We have Sky Fibre broadband and off street parking.
