Housemate Wanted
We are looking for a new housemate to join us, due to our housemate leaving last minute to study abroad.
The house is a five bed terraced house situated 3 minutes walk from the university and only a 7 minute walk from the city centre. It consists of a well presented lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms.
The 4 current housemates are all very friendly, welcoming and tidy. Mixed gender, 3 of whom are medics and one a broadcast journalism student. We are all good friends and are looking for someone who we will get along with.
Rent is £221 per month (£51 per week) all bills included (including internet), the room come with a double bed, set of draws and a desk.
