This house is not student house, most of the time is quiet. This is more a home than just a house. I'm photographer working 9-5. The house it's really warm with good vibs and humour. I like play music (reggae, DNB, dub, rap, funk, soul, rock), watch series and films. Usually I like spare time in the living room and kitchen and not isolate myself in my room. If that sounds to you like a good house to live, give me a shout. You could get free Spanish lessons!😁 I have a cat called Mr. White, he is friendly and he loves company.

Looking for a long term people, the rooms are pretty much empty with option decorate yourself or to buy some furniture (the landlord happily will pay for it) if it's required.

You can take bus 56, 19, 49 and the train in burley park, all of the bus stop are 5-8 min walking and 10min train station. Just one stop to Leeds Train station, and 1 pound to center if you prefer take the bus (56). Walking to center 20 min. Walking to uni 12 min.
Also, our street is free parking and there are plenty space in front of the door.
