4-bedroom student house (10 mins to Leeds Uni)

I've been renting this 4-bedroom house to students for more than ten years. We always aim to create a balanced house with complementary personalities.

Bedroom 3 is available for rental from 1 April until the summer. It is also available for the 2024/25 academic year.

Bedrooms 1, 2 & 4 are currently occupied, but will be available from September for the 2024/25 academic year. One of the rooms may also be available for the summer months.

This is a student house and we only rent to full-time students. All of the students who have lived in the house have loved it, and many have chosen to live there for several years. There are no agency fees and bills are included (gas, electricity, water and broadband).

Each of the bedrooms has a double bed, wardrobe, clothes drawers, bedside table and desk + office chair.

The shared kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, dining table and lots of storage cupboards.
The shared lounge has three sofas and a coffee table.
The shared bathroom was recently refurbished with a new power shower, WC and wash basin.
