Double room in 4 bed detached house in a nice area
I have available a double room in a clean and tidy house sharing with one other lady (professional age 31) who is quiet and respectful to other house guests. I (35 year old male) spend a small amount of time at the house but spend the majority of my time working away.
All bills are covered including broadband and basic sky package and the house is professionally cleaned every 3 weeks at my expense.
The house is located just off the ring road between Roundhay and Shadwell ideal for commuting into Leeds with quick access to motorways etc.
I would consider giving up my much larger ensuite room for an additional £100 PCM. This is on the basis that I am currently only spending a couple of nights per month at the house. The ensuite also benefits from a small dressing room.
