Lovely 1 bed flat in Burley

Hello,

I'm currently in a one bed flat in the Burley Park area of Leeds but am moving back to London a few months sooner than anticipated. I'm looking for someone to take over the property from May 31st. It's recently renovated from a house into 4 self-contained flats and the occupants of the other flats are very friendly and sociable. Bills are very low, and there are lots of supermarkets, shops and other amenities (2 cinemas!) around, plus a train station and bus routes into town. It's a really lovely flat and I'm sad to be leaving, but hopefully someone out there is looking for something similar :)

There's a small bathroom, a kitchen/lounge (although I've moved the sofa into the bedroom) and a double bedroom, with lots of natural light throughout the property and enough space for a couple. There is also on-street parking outside the building. The signing fee with the agent is £100, and they require a guarantor based in the UK.
