The room is a very good size, bright and cool in summer, nice and warm in winter.

I am a 33 year old working professional. I'm clean and tidy, like music and films, cooking and travel. I'm friendly, respectful, with sense of humour. You will also be sharing with a small cat called Misha.

The room would suit mature/foreign student or working professional. Must be reasonably clean and tidy!

Short term lets considered. Also Mon-Fri/occasional day lets considered.

Smoking is ok in the garden. Deposit and one month's rent in advance required.
