Floor 1 and the room is facing south, so you can enjoy the sunshine in sunny days.
It is free to live 2 people in the room. There is a washing machine in the room so it is very convenient to do your laundry. There is refrigerator, oven, microwave, TV, electric iron, kettle, toaster in the room. There is elevator, a free gym, common room and a small garden in the building.
The reception can collect all the parcels and staff are really friendly and helpful.
It takes only 10-15mins to walk to the University of Leeds as well as to the city center. It is always very quiet so you can fully focus on your own things.
