Room is a double/king bed and comes with a desk, chair, lamps, wardrobe, coat hangar, bookshelf and chest of drawers.
We have a cleaner that comes round regularly and deep cleans the house (included in the rent).
Kitchen utensils and white goods are already provided so you don't need to bring your own (you can if you want).

My tenancy ends in August so its perfect if your just moving to Leeds and/or need a place to hunker down in for a few months until you find your feet.

Current housemates are the absolute best! Sharing with a couple and one guy, all of them are my fav people. We had movie nights, cooked eachother food and they even petsat my dog for me. Everyone is respectful of eachother in the house. You will be in very caring hands.
