Double room available in quiet area of Kirkstall

Howdo!

My current housemate has just got himself a job in Birmingham and will be relocating shortly

The house is fully furnished

It has all the usual white goods: Washing Machine Fridge/Freezer Gas Oven.

A large secure shed is available for bikes or whatever...

The house is situated in a quiet residential area with on street parking (there is always space available, as the house is situated on a cul-de-sac)

7 minute walk to the Bridge Pub (the one on the bridge)
10 minute walk to Morrisons
15 minute walk to Headingley train station

A previous housemate once described me as the “best landlord ever” (I feel she may have been exaggerating a little though)

The housemates
Jeff, he’s 30, works the night shifts, and during the day he is a big gamer, you probably wouldn’t see that much of him, other than “Howay Man” or “shurrup” as he talks to his Xbox!
He also likes ice skating and we occasionally make a night of it,

And then there is myself.
29 by age,
I work mornings, (usually finish around 12:00)
I like a social drink every now and then with a good pub quiz
(I can’t handle too much alcohol these days)

I like to get out and about and try new things, such as:
Rock Climbing
Ice Skating
Canoeing
Recently taken up golf too
Also open to new ideas...
