Double room with own bathroom in Clarence Dock

I am currently in a tenancy in a flat in Clarence Dock which ends on 9th November. My current flatmate has bought a house and so will not be renewing and so I am looking for someone to take her place and renew with me.

The room will be available from 10th November and will be on a 6 month tenancy until May.

The room available is a double room and has sole use of the main bathroom, as my bedroom is ensuite. The flat has a decent sized open plan living room/dining/kitchen area and has a balcony.

Rent is currently £362. 50 a month, plus bills. Internet is currently £2. 00 a month, electricity works out at about £40. 00 a month each and council tax is £86. 00 each a month. Water is included in the rent. There will be a £250 referencing/admin fee from the letting agents when signing on for the tenancy. Deposit is one and a half month's rent.

There is no parking included with the flat, however there is a multi storey car park nearby which costs £70. 00 a month and the car park is secure and manned 24/7.

The flat is furnished and the bedroom comes with a wardrobe, bed and bedside tables. There is a corner sofa and dining table and chairs in the living room and I have bought a tv for the living room so all is sorted there as well!

About me...I'm a 28 year old "young professional" working in the City Centre. I can sometimes work long hours and on week nights I like to relax by just watching tv and chilling out. I like to relax at weekends, by seeing friends (cinema, food etc), or going to watch the football or visiting family. I'm kind of over the whole "getting hammered every Saturday night and rolling in at 3am" thing (although it does happen occasionally!) and would happily just go for a few drinks on a Saturday night instead. I don't want a party animal flatmate, but someone who is a little bit sociable and doesn't hide in their bedroom for days on end would be nice :) Really, the most important thing for me is someone who cleans up after themselves, is relatively tidy in the shared areas and who has respect for other people and their things!
