The house is situated in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood with a lovely garden. Very close to local ammeneties. There is a large living room and large kitchen/dining room adjacent to this, plus an entrance/sunroom with door to the garden, currently home to cats, and dogs in the day. It's very spacious and has some lovely original features.

Garden not really overlooked, great for relaxing in and barbeques.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with bathroom in between these. There is a large free standing bath and separate shower with decent power shower. Bedroom has double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe. Space for other furniture. Stunning view over a garden (see picture).

It has gas central heating and is double glazed. Good Virgin broadband/WiFi. Washing machine & kitchen has everything.

I'm the principal tenant, and have been here over 10 years. All the furniture and possessions are mine so it would be a bit like being a lodger in a house, although you'll have a tenancy agreement with the landlord. They are usually excellent and attend to any issues. I guess it will suit someone who sees it as is and likes it, so come see!

I'm a health professional, currently working from home and likely to remain so for most of the time over the coming year.

I'm originally from London. I came to Leeds for Uni and never left! I used to be involved in dance music events and festivals. I'd describe myself as friendly, sociable and creative. I go out walking daily. I enjoy going out for food, drinks, gigs. I like cooking home cooked food most days and enjoying a glass of wine. I have friends and family locally. You'll also be sharing with 3 cats and 2 dogs, so an animal lover is a must! :)

The house would suit someone new to Leeds, wanting to live in a safe, friendly area. Or wanting to stay in North Leeds. Ideally someone sociable yet independent, happy to keep communal areas tidy and keep on top of the washing up & share in housework!

The house is 7 minutes walk to Horsforth station, about 15 mins from Leeds city centre by train. By car under 5 mins to the ringroad. Town Street with bars, shops, eateries and supermarket, occasional farmer's market is only 4 mins walk.
