Flatmate wanted - Horsforth

Hi. I am looking for a fellow flatmate to join me in my flat.

Quiet location, 2mins walk to bus stop and 10mins to train station.

I am the owner and I like to think I am laid back enough to let my flatmate enjoy their space. I have had plenty of experience living in shared houses before and am still friends with a lot these previous housemates now. In fact a few of these are my best mates that I see often.

Flats are never the biggest of places, but this one has plenty of storage space for all sorts...boxes, bikes, etc

Must like cats, as I have a lovely cat called Lionel.

I've uploaded a few random photo's of the flat to give you an idea...but best to see it in person...

Couples welcome on a short term basis, but an extra fee will be applicable.
Smoking ok on veranda but not in flat

Requirements before signing a contract include a recent wage slip and deposit transferred into my bank account

I could also provide previous tenant references.
