Double room + office in Holbeck, females only

Hello :)
My name is Carla and I'm offering one of my bedrooms to let as I'm mostly working away at the moment. I'm married but my husband also works away, and the house is now mostly only occupied by our lodger.
The room I'm offering is a double en-suite on the first floor. Room measurements are 310*280cm. At the moment, the room is not furnished, but we will provide a bed and bedside cabinet, and and other furniture the lodger may require within reason.
In addition to the bedroom, I'm also offering a smaller room that can be used as an office or a sitting space. This will be beneficial for professionals who can work from home.
The house will be shared with our lodger, who is also a quiet, professional woman.
Common areas are shared, and there is a cleaner who comes every month or so to clean it.
All viewings will be schedule for Saturday 11/05 or Saturday 18/05.
Rent is £650, all bills included. A deposit of £300 is required.
