One room currently available to let in a funky through-terraced house in Headingley/Hyde Park available from February 1st 2024.

All the rooms are spacious doubles.

In general,
Room 1 is at the top of the house with beautiful views towards North West Leeds through a large dormer.
Room 2 is on the first floor with newly painted walls, stripped wooden floorboards and a feature fireplace.
Room 3 is a bright sunny room at the back of the house on the first floor. This room also has a large walk-in closet and a sink.
All rooms are re-painted.

The through-terraced house comprises of a living room and a largish kitchen, a shared bathroom/toilet/shower and 3 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard garden in the back of the house with a shed for the gardening tools or bikes. There are also double glazed windows throughout the property. As the street is a cul-de-sac, there's no through traffic and with one side being a school, there is ample on-street parking.

Council tax, electricity, gas, broadband and water are all included in the monthly rent.

The house is less than a mile from town so all the main amenities, including shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, The Hyde Park cinema, bus routes and Burley Park train station are within walking distance.

We're looking for clean and considerate professionals, preferably. Occasionally we also consider post-graduate students, male or female but professionals is the usual make up of the house.

There are no agency fees or signing fees. If you decide you are serious and want to rent the room, I will then run a full tenant check.
