Professional house, next to train station.

The House-
I live just outside the centre of leeds right next door to a 24 hour Co-op and a minute away from the train station to Leeds one way or the other Harrogate/York. Headingley is a 10 minute walk and Leeds a 20 minute walk.

Rooms-
The house has a kitchen/ dining room, spacious living room and huge bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The first bedroom on offer is a smaller sized room but has a big wardrobe and a dressing table. The second is larger and is fully furnished as well.

Why?-
I am wanting to leave so that I am in a new house before new year, I am currently looking for somewhere new but I can move into my partners if someone needs to move in before I have somewhere. lan have changed due to his contract being up in december and we want to live together. My housemate lives close to leeds so is moving home.

Landlord-
The landlord is really great, she has fixed anything whenever we have asked and is happy about the situation as long as the new tenant has a guarantor. There is also no deposit to pay on the house.

Finally-
The house is a great price for somewhere 3 minutes on the train from leeds right by a cinema, Aldi and Asda and we live on such a lovely street with amazing neighbors.

As I said I want to leave at the end of the year but we have not yet rented somewhere so a date will have to be compromised with me. I will try and be as flexible as possible.
