There is a lovely double room to rent in a 4 bed Hyde Park terrace house.
5 minute walk from Burley Park station. 15 minute walk from the University.
The house had a modern fitted kitchen with an open plan living area.
There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor, both including a power shower.
The bedroom included a double bed, double wardrobe and a study desk and chair.
Basement area for storage.
Fitted with smoke and fire alarms.
Reasons for moving out - moving in with my boyfriend so cannot afford to keep both places going.
I have already paid the deposit which was £150 so it would only be the £52/pw.
Other housemates are three post-grad students. 2 male one female. Easy to get along with.
