House Mate Needed!
Hello! We require a seventh tenant to join us in a house share. It is a student house with four girls and two boys currently living at the property. We are all 20/21 years old and are looking for someone of a similar age. We all attend Leeds Trinity University and all get on very well.
The cost of the room is £88 a week which includes a £8 energy suppliment for gas and electric. There is also a £13. 59 monthly cost for water and also a £49 payment for internet for the year.
We can make sure someone is in the house if you wish to view the property at any time, you are more than welcome to come and visit.
