New Tenant Needed To Replace Current House Mate

I am looking to move out of the house I am currently living in due to me transferring universities. The other tenants living in the house are 4 easy going females, very friendly and bubbly, will make anyone feel at home. The house itself is beautiful having been recently restored, the spare room having a double bed and sky light. Burley Park and Burley Park train station are less than a 2 minute walk away, even though the city centre is only a 20 minute walk away. Cardigan Fields is also very close which has a range of amenities (shops, pubs, cinema). Perfect for the student looking for a little comfort alongside the hustle and bustle of Leeds student life.

Rent for the property is £380 plus £40 bills per month, totalling £420. The rent goes out on the 22nd of each month (September 22nd will be the first pay date) and £10 per person is put into a account each week for bills. The account is managed by one of the other tenants, and bills go out on the 1st of each month. There is also a deposit and admin fee of £375, which should be paid upon signing contracts at the agency.
