We are a group of 4 female students currently in our 2nd year at Leeds Metropolitan University, looking for a new house mate to replace a previous housemate who is going on her placement year abroad this year!
The house is situated on St. Michaels Crescent, Headingley, suitable for travelling between both City Campus & Headingley Campus!
The room up for rent is a double room, at a cost of £75 per week to Redbrick Properties. Room available from 1st July 2014 - 30th June 2015.
The house has a large living room area, a separate kitchen leading onto a back patio. A large bathroom with shower and a separate ground floor toilet.
