Housemate wanted- Meanwood, Leeds £260 + bills

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our 4 bed house in Meanwood, Leeds.

The room is a bright double bedroom on the top floor of the house, furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.

The house has a lovely kitchen. We spend most of our time in here as it has a lovely big table and we will catch up with each other after work.

Also a shared living room and a cellar with loads of storage for bikes.

We are looking for someone who wants a home not just a room.
We like to hang out and natter over many cups of tea and/or coffee. We all moved in separately and at separate times but have become good friends. We are really keen for someone to join us.

As a group we are a mixture of runners, cyclists and sitters (!) and you are more than welcome to get stuck in to any or all of these activities. New box sets are a guilty pleasure in the house and we love evenings of getting into the most recent series.

So if you fancy moving into a relaxed, comfy, friendly house then pop in for a chat. The kettle is always on.
