Stunning layout for sociable living

We have a room in a house which has been redecorated, recarpeted and refurbished. It is a lovely sunny room in a well-laid out house in Headingley, near the restaurants, shops and bars, and on the bus routes to the city centre. The house has 4 large bedrooms, all with double beds, double wardrobe, drawers, desk/dressing table, and chair. The sitting room is open to the kitchen, which makes for a very social setting when cooking meals. There is a bathroom with a large corner bath and shower above, loo and washbasin. The kitchen has the usual oven, fridge/freezer, etc, plus dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate drying room, with a condensing clothes drier and a dehumidifier (this saves having clothes on radiators throughout the house!!). There is a rear paved area (good for a BBQ!) and some off street parking. The room rents for £400/month, which includes all bills: council tax, gas, water, elecricity, TV licence and broadband bills.
