I have an excellently presented double room to rent in my house. Rent includes all bills, unlimited high speed internet, Netflix and Sky TV.

The bedroom comes furnished (though the bed can be removed if you want to bring your own) and has a large built in cupboard and wardrobe. There is shared use of the bathroom, lounge and kitchen. There is also a small utility room including washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are gardens to the front and back including a shed, if you need to store a bike and a nice terraced area where you can sit and look out at Ilkley Moors.

The property has a drive, which I use. But there is also limited shared parking at the back of the house and on street parking at the front.

I am quite a busy person, so will be often out in the evenings, but I am looking for someone who is sociable and happy to chat when I am about. I am preferably looking for a female housemate, but would consider male too - so feel free to apply.

3 minutes walk to a bus stop, with direct buses to Horsforth, Headingley, Leeds Centre, Kirkstall, Otley and Harrogate.

Approx a 15 minute walk (few minutes drive) to Guiseley station, with regular trains to Leeds, Bradford, Shipley and Ilkley

10 minute drive to Leeds/Bradford Airport.

5 minute walk to Guisley retail park- including Next, Argos, TKMaxx, Mcdonalds.

10 min walk to Guiseley centre - including Morrisons, KFC, Boots, Marks and Spencer's Food.
