I am renting out my spacious spare double bedroom in the commuter town of Garforth, near Leeds. It has a large window overlooking the garden. It's a peaceful area and 5 minutes walk to both the train station (10 min journey into Leeds) and Tesco supermarket, 3 pubs and a fantastic Indian.
I'm male, 33, I own the house and I'm gay. I have one female lodger (38) in the downstairs extension. We are both really easy going fun people with silly senses of humour, so being able to have a laugh is essential. I have two Norwegian Forest Cats.
