1 Room Available In Fully Furnished 2 Bed House
Hello,
My flat mate is moving out on 1st of Augugst, so I'm looking for a professional to flat share with. Flat is let through an agency.
The flat is a 2 bedroom, shared bathroom, located in Cross Green 10 min walk from city centre. Room is fully furnished with a double bed, large built in wardrobe and a window with a beautiful view of city and wonderful sunshine(sometimes a rare event though :P).
The flat itself is modern, clean and extremely spacious, with a large living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
I work in city centre and sometimes have a busy schedule. I am pretty social and easy going, like to hangout with friends. I love my beer ☺ (mostly on weekends).
Rent is roughly around 450 £ per calendar month including bills. All utilities are set up, including broadband. A deposit of one months rent will be required.
Happy for people to view at anytime - please contact me
Short lets also considered.
(I will upload the pictures of flat and room soon.)
Regards,
Prasad
