We are looking for a female housemate to join us in our beautiful home in the heart of Chapel Allerton.

The house:
A beautiful 3 bedroom semi detached house on quiet residential road near Chapel Allerton park.
We have a lovely garden (with gardener included for free!) which is a space we really enjoy in the summer.
The whole house was redecorated about 18months ago when we first moved in, including a woodburning stove in the living room which keeps us super warm in the winter.
All the rooms are light and spacious making it a great space for 3 people.
The kitchen is large, with a big table, making it a great space for cooking and socialising together.

The available room:
Is the biggest bedroom is the house, located on the ground floor.
It has built in shelves and cupboards and is furnished with a large wardrobe and double bed.
Plenty of space!!!

Who are we/ who are you:
The remaining 2 housemates are both female, working within dance/ arts. We enjoy our home, and want to find someone who can enjoy it with us.
We are looking for a female housemate between 28-45yrs old....there is no point in saying what characteristics or anything, it is all about how we get on so we look forward to meeting you!
