Great room in friendly house share

Situated in the Methleys in fabulous Chapel A we have a room available from the 1st of September with the possibility of moving in a week earlier if needed.

The house is a large terrace with 4 double rooms (only three are let out so we have a spare), it is close to shops, pubs and restaurants and only a short bus/car journey into town.

You'll be sharing with two lovely young professionals, Sarah, who works in HR and Megan, a journalist. Were both easy going, tidy and respectful of each other, we'd like you to be much the same. We have varied hobbies so are generally busy but also enjoy a cuppa in front of the TV.

The room is spacious and comes furnished with bed, chest of drawers a huge rail for clothes. We also have a large lounge, dining room, spare room and cellar so there's plenty of storage space. The rent is amazing value for the location. Bills are extra and work out at about £80 a month.
