Double ensuite room available from 1 June

I move in to a flat on Harrogate Road, not close to but actually in the heart of Chapel Allerton on the 1st June. There is a spare double en-suite room in the flat so I'm looking for a housemate.

Gas is paid for by the landlord but all other bills will be divided between me & the housemate.

About Me:
I work full time 9-5. 30. I often go to the gym & spend time with friends. I'm a massive foody & having just gone gluten free am constantly trying new recipes. The flat has a dining table so I'm looking forward to having people round for food.

I've lived both on my own before and with housemates and have good & bad experiences whilst sharing. I think I'm a really considerate housemate, I'm clean, tidy and if someone is in bed I'll try me best to keep quiet whether that's morning or night & am looking for someone who is likely to treat others the same way

About the housemate:
I'm looking to share with someone that I obviously get along with & having only been in Leeds for one year, it'd be good to find someone with similar interests but if not I guess I'm looking for someone who is also clean & tidy and considerate to other people. Given previous experiences I think it's important to find someone that you click with, hence me being quite upfront about who I'm looking to share with. There's nothing worse than having to live someone who you don't get along with.
