Want to share our large Victorian townhouse on Methley Mount in central Chapel Allerton? We are close to bars, supermarkets and main bus route to the city.

Your room, a double, is a good size, with a double bed (storage drawers underneath), double wardrobe and tall drawer unit. We are looking for another lad AND a girl to continue the even balance and good sociable rapport we have been used too. A little about us:

A bit about the house... for safety it has 3x smoke detectors, a Carbon Dioxide detector, fire blanket and holds a valid gas safety certificate. We will add you to our existing Assured Short-hold Tenancy Agreement which runs 1-Apr to 30-Sep-14 and then we usually renew to extend the term for a further 6 months. If you were to leave at the official end of the contract term then no penalty fees and if you want to leave earlier there is no tie-in for the rest of the contract period, but for this a nominal fee applies.

The local estate agents bill Chapel Allerton as 'the village' because of the self contained community feel of the place. Or if you want to drive out of town it's right on the northern edge with good road access to the ring road.
