You will be sharing the house with the owner, so would prefer somebody who is mature, or who has had experience of living with a live in landlord. I am outgoing, enjoy a glass of wine, but I am currently studying for an MA, so would prefer my life to quieten down rather than the other way around. I work from home a lot, but will also be out travelling to York and Durham during the week.
I am quiet around the house, and most of the time I can be found up in the attic working, so need someone who will be considerate while making themselves at home.
