House in the centre of Chapel Allerton 2 minute walk from The Mustard Pot and the other bars and shops. Looking for a third house mate, male or female, ideally a professional.

At the bottom of the road there is a Lidl and a petrol station as well as a huge variety of bars, restaurant and little independent shops. With a large Tesco not too far away.

There is a bus stop behind the house that takes you right to the city centre which is about 2 miles away. There is also a shared drive.

The house is semi-detached with large living and dining room with a perfectly sized kitchen, including 2 fridge / freezers so there is plenty of room for 3 people.
There is also a modern bathroom with a bath and shower built in, this is shared between yourself and one other housemate as there is a second bathroom.

The back garden ideal for summer BBQs, I am currently landscaping it and have just bought some nice garden furniture.

All bills are included in the rental price including council tax, gas, water, electricity, broadband there is also sky this in the living room!

I currently live in the house with another tenant called Dennis who used be a colleague. We are both young professionals working 9 - 5, during the week we relax after work then have a few drinks at the weekend. We are looking for a third professional house mate who easy to live with, clean. I found the previous occupant for the room on here three and a half years ago and he is moving in with his girlfriend at the 1st June.
